Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator in Apex, NC to write estimates, review processes, and manage customer vehicles from intake to final paperwork. The role includes finalizing total loss administration and delivering clear post-repair updates while adhering to Caliber safety rules and standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of collision estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and manage intake flow.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post repair status updates to customers.
