Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write collision estimates and perform related duties.
• Conduct process reviews and vehicle intake procedures.
• Handle final customer paperwork prior to delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and communications with customers.
• Provide post repair status updates to customers while adhering to safety rules and standards.
