Job summary

Caliber Collision Fuquay-Varina is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, check in customer vehicles, and finalize paperwork prior to delivery. You will provide post-repair communication and vehicle status updates to customers while following safety rules and company standards.

The role requires 2+ years of estimating experience, a valid driver's license, and a licensed motor vehicle damage appraiser credential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork before delivery.
• Provide post-repair plan communication and status updates to customers.
