Job summary

Classic Collision in Monroe, NC is seeking a Collision Estimator to be the primary contact for customers from drop-off to delivery of repaired vehicles. You will prepare estimates for customers and insurers, coordinating with insurance partners to ensure a smooth claim and best customer experience.

You will work with technicians to identify all damages, maintain communication with customers about progress, and perform quality inspections before delivery.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
• Prior collision estimating experience preferred.
• Familiar with estimating CCC1 system preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Successful completion of background check required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer from drop-off through delivery of the completed vehicle.
• Prepares estimate for customer and insurers according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with insurance companies to manage the claim and ensure the best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers with updates on repair progress.
• Coordinates with technicians to identify all damages.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Performs quality inspections prior to vehicle delivery.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
