Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator in Monroe, NC to write estimates, review processes, check in customer vehicles, and complete final paperwork before delivery. You will manage DRP, final invoices, and total loss administration while communicating status updates to customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork prior to delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans to customers.
