You will finalize documents before delivery, handle total loss administration, and provide post repair status updates to customers while adhering to Caliber safety rules and company standards.

The role requires 2+ years of estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and an MVPD Appraiser license, with strong sales orientation and familiarity with CCC1

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork.
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post repair status to customers.
