Job summary

You will use CCC1 or similar software in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accurate estimates and smooth post-repair updates while upholding Caliber safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience preferred.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance.

Responsibilities

• Write vehicle collision estimates and review with customers.
• Conduct process reviews and coordinate with the shop team.
• Check in customer vehicles and document the repair status.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery and update post-repair plans.
