Job summary

Caliber Collision in Brentwood is seeking a Collision Estimator to write repair estimates, review processes, and manage the customer communications from vehicle intake to final delivery. You will handle total loss administration and provide updates on vehicle status while upholding safety rules and company standards.

The role requires 2+ years estimating experience, a valid driver's license, and an MVPD Appraisers License, with opportunities for growth and paid training investments in I-CAR

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repairs.
• Conduct process reviews and check in customer vehicles.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery and final invoicing.
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plan to customers.
