Caliber Collision is currently seeking a Collision Estimator to perform estimates, process reviews, and customer communications for vehicle repairs. You will manage check-ins, finalize loss paperwork, and provide updates on repair progress to customers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license and insurance eligibility.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Writes collision estimates and conducts process reviews.
• Checks in customer vehicles and completes final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalizes total loss administration and communicates post repair plans to customers.
• Provides status updates to customers while complying with safety rules and standards.
