Job summary

Caliber Collision Memphis – Mt Moriah is seeking a Collision Estimator to perform all-purpose duties, including writing estimates, processing reviews, and finalizing DRP and invoicing while keeping customers informed about vehicle status.

You will use CCC1 or similar estimating software, bring at least 2 years of collision estimating experience, hold a valid driver's license and a Vehicle Damage Appraisers license, and be ready to grow with a national leader in auto collision repair.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate repair status
• Provide post-repair plan updates to customers
