Job summary

Caliber Collision in Alcoa, TN is hiring a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review repair processes, check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork before delivery. You will handle DRP and final invoices while keeping customers informed about status and total loss administration, all while complying with Caliber safety rules and company standards.

The role requires 2+ years in collision estimating, familiarity with CCC1 or similar software, a valid driver's license and MVPD

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post repair plans to customers.
• Provide vehicle status updates in compliance with safety rules and company standards.
