Job summary

Caliber Collision Knoxville is seeking an experienced Collision Estimator to write estimates, review repair processes, and manage customer vehicle check-ins. You will finalize paperwork, handle total loss administration, and communicate post-repair plans to customers while adhering to safety rules and company standards.

The role requires 2+ years of collision estimating experience, a valid driver's license, and a Motor Vehicle PD Appraisers license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews
• Check in customer vehicles and manage intake
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice)
• Finalize total loss administration
• Provide post repair status updates to customers while complying with Caliber safety rules and company standards
