Job summary

Crash Champions, a leading collision repair provider with 650+ locations, seeks a detail‑oriented estimator to educate customers, review damage, and finalize repair estimates in a high‑volume shop. You will manage each repair through the process, communicate with customers and insurance partners, and ensure quality control and regulatory compliance while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Experience interfacing with insurance partners preferred
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high‑volume shop environments
• Familiarity with typical estimating software (CCC One, Mitchell & Audatex)

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, and rights.
• Complete initial estimates, perform full estimates after evaluation, and lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair through the process and ensure quality standards via in‑process QC.
• Keep customers informed and provide an exceptional experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post‑scanning for each vehicle.
• Pre‑close the final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, and address file exceptions.
• Ensure carrier‑specific requirements are completed.
