Job summary

Crash Champions in McDonough, GA is seeking a proactive Service Advisor to educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, and customer rights, while guiding estimates and final approvals through full disassembly and inspection.

You will manage each repair, perform in-process QC, keep customers informed, review data with body technicians, and ensure carrier requirements are met. Familiarity with CCC One, Mitchell, and Audatex is preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced shop.
• Experience with insurance partners a plus.
• Familiarity with estimating systems CCC One, Mitchell & Audatex.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repair process, insurance procedures, rights, repair techniques, safety and value.
• Complete initial and final repair estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation.
• Manage repairs with in-process QC to meet Crash Champions’ standards.
• Inform customers of status and provide the best possible experience.
• Coordinate data with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning steps.
