Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator in Cleveland, TN to write estimates, review processes, and manage customer vehicle intake and final paperwork. You will provide post-repair plan communication and status updates to customers while adhering to safety and company standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years estimating experience, a valid Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License, and comfortable using CCC1 or similar software in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must be 21+ years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and finalize paperwork prior to delivery.
• Communicate post-repair plan and vehicle status to customers.
