Job summary

Caliber Collision in West Chester, OH is seeking a Collision Estimator to perform writing estimates, process reviews, and manage vehicle intake and paperwork through delivery.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of collision estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and an MVPD license. Familiarity with CCC1 or similar estimating software and a strong sales orientation are highly valued as you communicate status updates to customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver's license and possess Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
• Strong knowledge of repair processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and perform process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and manage final paperwork.
• Finalize total loss administration and final invoices.
• Provide post-repair status updates to customers with safety compliance.
