Job summary

Caliber Collision in Springfield, TN, is seeking a Collision Estimator to perform estimating, process reviews, and handle vehicle check-in and final paperwork for delivery.

You will finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair status updates to customers, while following Caliber safety rules and company standards. Previous CCC1 estimating software experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check-in customer vehicles and complete final customer paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalise total loss administration and provide post-repair status updates to customers.
