Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking an estimator to educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value. You will complete initial estimates, write full estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates.

You will manage each repair through the process, perform in-process QC to meet Crash Champions’ quality standards, and keep customers informed with the best possible experience from intake to delivery.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills and ability to educate customers.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced shop.
• Experience or familiarity with insurance partners preferred.
• Ability to navigate multiple estimating systems (CCC One preferred, Mitchell & Audatex).
• Knowledge of repair processes and QC checks.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repair processes, insurance procedures, rights, repair techniques, safety and value.
• Completes initial estimates, writes full estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation, and locks final estimates.
• Manage a repair through the process and ensure quality standards via in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed and provide the best possible experience.
• Review data with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning as needed.
• Pre-close final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, and address file exceptions.
