Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass seeks an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs with insurance providers. You will document estimates, track communications, and align with the repair team to meet KPIs.

The role requires knowledge of repair guidelines, DRP compliance, and basic computer skills. A valid driver’s license and I-CAR training willingness are expected; this is an on-site position at our Michigan facility.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide timely information to customers and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW operating guidelines.
• Communicate customer requests to the team and support production walks.
