Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass, based in Michigan, is seeking an Estimator to accurately assess vehicle damage, prepare detailed repair estimates, and coordinate with customers and insurers throughout the repair process.

You will collaborate with the team to meet KPIs, adhere to DRP guidelines, and participate in ongoing training and safety programs. A High School Diploma and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions with accuracy.
• Provide customers with accurate information and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance program requirements and DRP procedures.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, and communication.
• Escalate and communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management and support team as needed.
