Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Mundelein, IL is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage, preparing estimates, and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance companies. You will document all interactions and ensure alignment with the repair facility’s KPIs.

The role requires a high school diploma, DRP knowledge, and the ability to complete I-CAR training. A valid driver’s license and basic computer skills are a must.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Aware of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s with at least 1 year experience.
• Willing to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Document customer interactions accurately and keep information up to date.
• Guide customers through the repair process and provide excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and company procedures.
• Coordinate repair planning, communication, and delivery with the team.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain KPI performance and uphold company values.
