Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Michigan is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate repair estimates and coordinating damage appraisal with insurance partners. The Estimator accurately assesses vehicle damage and documents repairs and parts replacements to support the repair process and KPIs.

You will work with a collaboration-minded team to ensure repairs align with KPIs, DRPs, and WOW standards, and you will participate in daily production walks and

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Awareness of where to look for answers; Basic Computer Skills
• Compliance for DRP's Minimum of 1-year experience
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training
• Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions with accurate details
• Guide customers through the repair process and deliver excellent service
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics
• Coordinate with team on repair planning and drop-offs per WOW standards
• Communicate customer needs to appropriate team members
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and by phone
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures
• Participate in daily production walks with Management
• Support team members as needed
• Attend health & safety meetings and training sessions as required
• Duties may change and be updated by the Store Manager
