Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking anEstimator to provide accurate vehicle damage assessments and coordinate repair needs. You will document repairs, communicate with customers and insurers, and help drive KPI achievement across the shop.

The role requires at least 1 year of repair experience, an eye for detail, and the ability to work with insurance programs. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in repairs or a related field.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide customers with accurate, timely information guiding them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance programs, processes and metrics.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
• Support team members and help maintain store KPIs.
