Job summary

Bradley Chevrolet in Franklin, Indiana, is seeking an experienced Estimator to manage customer relationships and write thorough repair plans. You will build rapport with customers to understand repair needs and offer valuable options, while coordinating with insurance and following up to ensure satisfaction.

Responsibilities include generating insurance and customer pay estimates, completing supplemental estimates, sourcing parts, and providing ongoing support to insurance clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years estimating experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage customer information accurately.
• Strong customer service orientation and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
• Generating thorough and complete insurance and customer pay estimates
• Complete supplemental estimates as vehicles are disassembled
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Verify and source correct parts
• Understand repair procedures
• Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction
• Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
