Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator in the Union City, GA area to guide customers from drop-off to delivery. You will prepare estimates for customers or insurers per our guidelines and coordinate with insurance partners to ensure a smooth experience.

Responsibilities include updating customers on repair progress, working with techs to identify damages, and delivering quality inspections before handoff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
• Prior collision estimating experience preferred.
• Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Successful completion of background check required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from the point of drop-off through the delivery of the completed vehicle.
• Prepares estimate for customer and or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with the insurance companies to manage customers claim to insure the best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair process.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
