Classic Collision is looking for a Collision Estimator to guide customers from drop-off to delivery, preparing estimates for customers and insurers, and coordinating with insurance to ensure a smooth claim experience. You will keep customers informed, coordinate with technicians to identify damages, and perform a final quality review before delivery.

The role emphasizes customer service, accuracy, and teamwork within a growth-focused company.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License Required.
• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
• Prior collision estimating experience preferred.
• Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Successful completion of background check required.

Aufgaben

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer from drop-off through delivery.
• Prepares estimate for customer and/or insurance partners per guidelines.
• Partners with insurance companies to manage claims for best experience.
• Maintains communication with customers with updates on repair progress.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores per company standards.
• Performs quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
