Job summary

Classic Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator to act as the main contact for customers from drop-off to delivery of the repaired vehicle. You will prepare estimates for customers and insurers and coordinate with insurers to ensure a smooth claim and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires estimating experience, strong communication, and collaboration with technicians to identify all damages and deliver quality work. Equal opportunity employer; training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in collision estimating is preferred.
• Must communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with customers and insurers.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process.
• Prepares estimate for customer and insurance partners per guidelines.
• Partners with insurers to manage the claim for best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers with repair updates.
• Coordinates with technicians to identify all damages.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores per standards.
• Performs quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
