Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator in Florida to lead the damage estimation process from drop-off to delivery. You will prepare estimates for customers and insurers, coordinate with technicians, and manage claims with insurance partners to ensure a smooth, transparent experience.

The role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and high service standards. CCC1 familiarity and I-CAR/ASE credentials are preferred; a valid driver’s license is required, and you’ll join a team committed

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
• Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills
• Successful completion of background check required.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary contact for the customer during the repair process from drop-off to delivery of the completed vehicle.
• Prepares estimate for customer and/or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with the insurance companies to manage customers' claims to ensure the best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on the repair process.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Performs quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
