Job summary

Crash Champions seeks a detail-oriented Customer Service/Estimator in Miami to educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, and rights; you will complete initial estimates and finalize after full disassembly, ensuring smooth progress through the repair.

You will manage each repair, perform in-process QC, keep customers informed, and coordinate with body technicians to meet quality standards and carrier requirements.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Skills
• Organization and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of insurance partners preferred
• Experience with estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex)

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
• Complete initial estimates, write complete estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair throughout the process and ensure Crash Champions’ quality standards by performing in-process QC.
• Keep every customer informed and updated on the status of their vehicle and provide the best possible experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning activities for each vehicle.
• Pre-close the final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, address exceptions, and ensure carrier requirements are met.
