Job summary

AutoNation invites applications for a Collision Estimator. You will greet customers, discuss repair options and determine needs based on vehicle walk‑around, inspections and test drives. You’ll also drive sales on estimates while delivering transparent cost and time projections.

Daily collaboration with technicians and parts staff ensures timely repairs. You will handle multiple repairs, follow up with customers and uphold regulatory compliance to provide outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Detail‑oriented and organized.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Must have a valid, in‑state driver’s license with an acceptable, safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and discuss repair options.
• Determine repair needs based on information, inspections and test drives.
• Asking for the sale on all estimates.
• Meet or exceed targeted sales goals and customer satisfaction.
• Produce repair orders with cost and time estimates and full transparency.
• Communicate with technicians and parts associates to ensure timely work.
• Follow up with customers and manage multiple repairs concurrently.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and company policies.
• Build rapport to create referrals and exceptional customer experience.
