AutoNation Collision Center Westlake is seeking a Collision Estimator to guide customers through the repair process, discuss options, and collaborate with insurance and parts teams. You will estimate costs, timeframes, and ensure clear, transparent communication throughout the repair journey.

The role emphasizes delivering an exceptional customer experience, meeting sales targets, and leveraging technology to streamline processes.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Prior sales or retail experience preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Must have a valid in-state driver’s license with an acceptable, safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and discuss repair options.
• Determine repair needs from customer information and vehicle walk-around.
• Ask for the sale on estimates.
• Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets.
• Produce repair orders with cost and time estimates.
• Communicate with technicians and parts staff to ensure timely completion.
• Follow up with customers on vehicle status.
