Job summary

AutoNation is seeking a Collision Estimator in Addison, TX. You will greet customers, discuss repair options, assess repair needs, and guide customers through the repair process.

You will uphold exceptional service, meet sales and customer satisfaction goals, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely repair completions. Ideal candidates show strong communication, organization, and a willingness to use technology.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Prior sales or retail experience preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Must have a valid in-state driver's license with safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and discussing repair options.
• Determining repair needs based on customer information, vehicle walk-around, inspections and test drives.
• Asking for the sale on all estimates.
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals and customer satisfaction targets.
• Producing repair orders with cost and time estimates and full transparency.
• Communicating with technicians and parts associates to ensure timely completion of work.
• Following up with customers on status and preferred communication method.
• Managing multiple repairs and coordinating with team during daily planning.
• Processing transactions and ensuring compliance with state and federal laws.
