Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator in Roswell, GA to manage the repair journey from drop-off to delivery. You will prepare accurate estimates for customers and insurers, coordinate with insurance partners, and keep clients informed throughout the process.

The role emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and delivering high-quality vehicle repairs while ensuring exceptional customer experience. The position offers commission-based earnings and opportunities for growth within the growing

Qualifications

• Experience in collision estimating preferred.
• Familiar with CCC1 estimating system.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Must be 18+ and have a valid drivers license.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for the customer throughout the repair process.
• Prepare estimates for customers and insurance partners per guidelines.
• Coordinate with insurance companies to manage claims and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain communication with customers with updates on repair status.
• Coordinate with technicians to verify all damages are identified.
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores per standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
