Job summary

Classic Collision’s Pensacola Repair Center is hiring a Collision Estimator to act as the primary contact for customers from drop-off to delivery. You will prepare estimates for customers and insurers and work with insurance partners to ensure the best experience.

Responsibilities include coordinating with technicians, keeping customers updated, and ensuring high-quality work before delivery. Qualifications include 18+ years, valid license, and strong communication; CCC1/I-CAR/ASE are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication.
• CCC1 estimating software preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Acts as primary point of contact for customer throughout repair process.
• Prepares estimates for customers and insurers per guidelines.
• Coordinates with insurance companies to manage claims for best customer experience.
• Maintains ongoing communication with customers with repair updates.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores per company standards.
• Performs quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
