Gerber Collision & Glass in Tampa, FL is seeking an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience while creating detailed repair estimates and coordinating repairs for customers and insurers. You will assess vehicle damage, document repairs and parts, and work with the team to meet KPIs and deliver a smooth repair journey.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and willingness to learn I-CAR training.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and clie nt data handling.
• Awareness of DRP procedures and requirements.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.

Responsabilités

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate and timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW procedures.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members and assist during daily production walks.
• Assist team members and participate in safety meetings as required.
