Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide an excellent customer experience while creating estimates and coordinating repair needs. You will document damage, parts replacements, and communicate with customers and insurance companies throughout the process.

The role supports the repair facility’s KPIs and collaborates with the management team to ensure smooth operations. A valid license and I-CAR readiness are expected.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately.
• Provide accurate, timely repair process information to customers.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Adhere to WOW Operating Ways for drop-offs, planning and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to the team.
• Provide positive energy during customer interactions.
• Understand insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend health & safety and staff meetings as required.
• Attend training sessions and workshops per Store Manager.
