Job summary

Brandywine Coach Works is seeking an experienced, full-time Estimator to join our growing team. An estimator assesses vehicle damage, estimates repair costs, and communicates with owners and insurers throughout the repair process.

You will collaborate with insurance adjusters to manage claims, ensure customer satisfaction, and prepare final invoices that match approved estimates. We offer opportunities for growth and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of major insurance program protocols and ability to upload estimates/images.
• Prior experience as an estimator.
• I-CAR or other industry training history.
• Good oral and written skills.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Knowledge of the automotive repair process.

Responsibilities

• Examine damaged vehicles and estimate repair costs
• Work with insurance companies to manage the claims for our customer
• Ensure customer satisfaction with repairs and overall experience
• Reconcile and prepare final invoices matching approved estimates
