Job summary

Brandywine Coach Works, a Quality Collision Group brand, is seeking an experienced Estimator for full-time employment. The role involves appraising vehicle damage and estimating repair costs for insurance settlements, while maintaining clear communication with owners.

You will collaborate with insurance companies, ensure customer satisfaction, and prepare final invoices that match approved estimates; continued growth and certifications are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as an estimator.
• Knowledge of major insurance program protocols and ability to upload estimates/images that meet those standards.
• I-CAR or other industry training history.
• Sales skills and CCC Estimating system experience.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Knowledge of the automotive repair process.
• A valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Examine damaged vehicles and estimate repair costs.
• Work with insurance companies to manage the claims for our customer.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with repairs and overall experience.
• Reconcile and prepare final invoices matching approved estimate.
