Brandywine Coachworks in Leesport, PA is seeking a full-time Collision Estimator to join our team. You will assess damaged vehicles, prepare repair estimates, and collaborate with customers, technicians, and insurance partners to guide claims through the repair process.

You will reconcile invoices with approved estimates and strive to deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish. Candidates should have knowledge of insurance protocols and CCC estimating practices, plus I-CAR

Qualifications

• Familiarity with major insurance protocols and the ability to upload estimates/images.
• I-CAR or other industry training.
• Experience with collision repair estimating practices.
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Knowledge of the collision repair process.

Responsibilities

• Examine damaged vehicles and estimate repair costs.
• Work with insurance companies to manage claims for our customer.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with repairs and the overall experience.
• Reconcile and prepare final invoices to match approved estimates.
