Brigham-Gill Village Collision in Boston is seeking an experienced Collision Estimating / Service Advisor to join our busy body shop. You will greet customers, guide them through repairs, communicate with insurers, and help manage the estimating process.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in collision centers / auto body shops.
• Proficient with CCC1 Estimating and management software.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient with computer systems and software.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service.
• Communicate with customers throughout the repair process.
• Work with insurance companies regarding claims and repair updates.
• Process parts invoices and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with administrative and office management tasks.
• Schedule appointments and manage workflow documentation.
• Support the estimating process and learn the fundamentals of collision repair estimating.
• Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and insurance adjusters.
