Brigham-Gill Village Collision in Boston is seeking an experienced Collision Estimating / Service Advisor to join our busy body shop. You will greet customers, guide them through repairs, communicate with insurers, and help manage the estimating process.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service.
• Communicate with customers throughout the repair process.
• Work with insurance companies regarding claims and repair updates.
• Process parts invoices and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with administrative and office management tasks.
• Schedule appointments and manage workflow documentation.
• Support the estimating process and learn the fundamentals of collision repair estimating.
• Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and insurance adjusters.

Brigham-Gill Village Collision is looking for an experienced Collision Estimating / Service Advisor for their body shop. We are seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our growing auto body repair team.
