Brigham-Gill Village Collision in Natick, MA is seeking an Apprentice Appraiser for a hybrid office role. The position focuses on customer communication, coordination with insurers, and assisting with estimating and administrative tasks.

The successful candidate will work in a growing auto body shop leveraging CCC1 Estimating and strong organizational skills, with growth opportunities in collision repair estimating and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in collision centers or auto body shops is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proficient with computer systems and estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service

We are seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our growing auto body repair team. This hybrid office position offers various responsibilities and growth opportunities within the collision repair industry.
