Job summary

Caliber Collision in Lockport is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers, determine needs and respond with guidance. You will assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles, arranging customer transportation and preparing paperwork for service.

You will communicate with customers, clients, teammates and vendors to ensure correct and efficient repairs while adhering to SOPs and industry guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine needs.
• Provide guidance and assistance with repairs and service flow.
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork for service.
• Conduct active customer deliveries and communicate with customers, teammates and vendors to ensure smooth repairs.
