Caliber Collision in Lockport, IL is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers in person or by phone, determine their needs, and respond with guidance for efficient repairs. You will support estimators with drop-offs, vehicle mapping/photography, and paperwork, while coordinating transportation and deliveries.

Qualifications

2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus.
Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy

Responsibilities

Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs.
Respond with guidance and assistance to required questions
Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles
Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork
Perform active customer deliveries and communicate with customers, teammates and vendors to ensure correct and efficient repairs
Adhere to Caliber's Standard Operating Procedures, insurance partners, and industry guidelines/standards
