AutoNation is seeking a Collision Concierge to greet customers, discuss repair options on the service drive or in the sales department, and document customer repair needs with estimated costs.

You will update customers and internal associates on repair status, coordinate with the AutoNation Collision Center, ensure compliance with state and federal laws, and deliver an exceptional customer experience that drives loyalty.

This role is a commission position with growth opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Must have a valid, in-state driver’s license with an acceptable, safe driving record.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and discuss repair options on the service drive or in the sales department.
• Document customer repair needs and estimated costs.
• Seek customer approval for needed repairs.
• Update customers and internal Associates regarding repair status.
• Coordinate with the collision center and understand basic collision repair and insurance programs.
• Participate in daily planning and release meetings with other Associates.
• Process transactions and ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.
• Follow up with customers to ensure expectations are met and build referrals.
• Build rapport with customers to create a base of referrals.
• Gain product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
• Ensure administrative processes are handled timely and in accordance with company policies.
