Job summary

Balise Collision Center is seeking a Customer Service Support Representative & Intern Appraiser. The role involves coordinating repair needs, communicating status to customers and staff, and tracking vehicle production schedules while supporting appraisers and technicians.

The position requires strong customer service skills, familiarity with Word and Excel, and a valid driver's license. You may help transport vehicles and liaise with vendors as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to interpret vehicle estimates and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate repair needs for collision vehicles with in-house staff and insurance appraisers.
• Communicate repair status to customers, appraisers, technicians, and managers.
• Track production schedules and communicate targets to customers and collision center associates.
• Transport cars around the shop and to vendor locations as needed.
