Job summary

Balise Collision Center is seeking a Customer Service Support Representative & Intern Appraiser. The role involves coordinating repair needs, communicating status to customers and staff, and tracking vehicle production schedules while supporting appraisers and technicians.

The position requires strong customer service skills, familiarity with Word and Excel, and a valid driver's license. You may help transport vehicles and liaise with vendors as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret vehicle estimates and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate repair needs for collision vehicles with in-house staff and insurance appraisers.

Customer Support Rep. & Intern AppraiserBalise is looking for a Customer Service Support Rep & Intern Appraiser for our busy Collision Center.Job Responsibilities:Communicate and work within house & outside Insurance AppraisersCoordinate repair needs for Collision associatesUpdate appropriate customer and staff with repair status of vehiclesDaily interaction with customers, appraiser, technicians and managersCommunicate processes to vehicle repair in a timely and effective manner to all customersContact appropriate parties for delivery needsTrack production schedule for vehicles and communicate those targets with customers and collision center associates.Maintain continual industry education to keep up with changes in repair requirements and product knowledgeTransport cars around the shop, as well as offsite at vendor locations.Environmental & Physical Requirements:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk and hear.
