Job summary

Paulding Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram’s Collision Center in Dallas, GA is seeking a Collision Center CSR / Service Advisor with Collision Center/Auto Dealership experience to join our team. You’ll be the primary point of contact for customers throughout the repair process.

This role involves guiding customers, scheduling repairs, coordinating with estimators and insurers, reviewing invoices, and maintaining accurate repair orders using CCC ONE.

Qualifications

• Collision center/auto dealership experience preferred.
• CCC ONE experience strongly preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for customers throughout the repair process.
• Guide customers through the auto body collision repair process.
• Schedule repairs and generate repair orders.
• Open and maintain repair orders using CCC ONE.
• Coordinate repairs with estimators, technicians, and insurance companies.
• Assist with insurance documentation and claim communication.
• Review invoices with customers.
• Provide administrative support to the Collision Center.
• Maintain high CSI scores and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure a smooth, professional customer experience.
