Job summary

Jobtailor in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a professional receptionist for a collision center. The role focuses on greeting callers, directing them to the right contacts, routing calls, and providing basic information with a courteous and efficient demeanor.

You will also handle light clerical tasks, type memos and reports, and support daily office operations as needed. Prior experience in a collision center or automotive environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years related experience and/or training or equivalent education/experience.
• Automotive dealership or collision center experience preferred.
• Ability to read simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
