Responsibilities

• Procure/purchase all makes and model Auto parts for the Collision Center.
• Review body shop estimates to ensure correct parts ordering.
• Locate out-of-stock parts and submit emergency orders if necessary.
• Notify estimator and shop when special ordered parts arrive.
• Follow up on back-ordered parts.
• Ensure all parts are billed on repair orders or invoices.
• Issue credits for returned parts.
• Maintain orderly records of all repair orders and special orders.
• Stay current on new products and updates.
